Food for Thought: Edible Gardens Tour 2023

Get a peek into the food-growing gardens of Rhinecliff and Rhinebeck and meet the growers! Each garden is unique—small settings and large, enclosed beds and free-form extravaganzas, tidy rows and opulent abandon. Tour the participating gardens at your own pace—we’ll send a map a few days before—and talk to the growers about how and why they select their plants and keep them plants healthy.  Spoiler alert: hugelkultur, vermiculture, towering trellises and a hilltop garden overlooking the river are in the mix. No dogs, please.
